For over twenty years, I have worked with thousands of leaders from hundreds of organisations across dozens of countries. As the founder of Wave Your Arms, leading engaging events and strategic workshops, I challenge audiences to transform their thinking about leadership and create cohesion as an organisational advantage™️. I serve as the Director of London Business School’s flagship executive development programme, the SEP, which is ranked by the Financial Times as the #2 leadership course in the world. I recently had the honour of speaking at the 7th OSHRM conference in Oman. A short glimpse here of some of the ideas in my book GLUE, some scepticism about the likely impact of AI, and an apology to my local hosts for bringing the rain with me from London. My new book GLUE - Transforming Leadership in a hybrid World was published by Routledge and won Best Leadership Book of the Year in 2024. About Wave Your Arms

In 2014 I founded Wave Your Arms Ltd, an executive development consultancy that facilitates inspiring ideas for businesses. I aim to help leaders create an ‘organisational advantage’ through deepening cohesion within their firms. My professional experience includes consulting services, global wealth management, communications, and leadership development. Before founding Wave Your Arms, I was the Global Head of Marketing & Communications for HSBC Private Bank, where I produced and led the ‘Family Enterprise Forum’ and ‘Next Generation’ programmes for high-net-worth clients and their families in the US, Europe and Asia. Previously, I worked in various roles with Barclays, Herbert Smith, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.

Since 2019, I have been privileged to be the Director of the Senior Executive Programme at LBS, the School’s flagship open-enrolment programme and the #2 globally ranked execurtive development programme according to the FT. I have developed a suite of creative business simulations for executives, including The Organisational Advantage™, The Perfect Product, Building Bridges, and The Art of High Performance.
