There are no right or wrong answers - all describe powerful characteristics that can help make organisations perform and succeed. Certain specific characteristics can have a profound effect on an organisation and, over time, create an "organisational advantage". Upon completion, you will receive an immediate Glue score.

Your results will be calculated immediately. They will only be recorded for research purposes if you choose to share them with the Administrator.

Wave Your Arms

Our goal at Wave Your Arms is to curate ideas that inspire. Founded by John Dore, we provide creative facilitation for workshops, team 'off sites' and talent development programmes. We help teams generate new ideas and improve collaboration through the inspiration of creativity. We also provide psychometrics, team-coaching and creative challenges, and then apply that learning in an entertaining way to improve self-awareness, team-building and effectiveness.
