THE ORGANISATIONAL ADVANTAGE™
The book GLUE is based upon a simple, but powerful model called The Organisational Advantage™. The creation of a competitive advantage for a firm comes through generating new ideas and innovation and thereby boosting productivity. But this only happens when leaders actively seek to harness organisational “glue”. It is also possible to measure that glue in your organisation, using a tool called ‘The Organisational Advantage’ survey.

I speak at conferences, events, off-sites and thought-leadership forums on various topics including the future of work, leadership transformation, hybrid work, the organisational advantage, and the concept and application of glue. The format can be a keynote, or longer form exploratory talks and teaching, using interactive elements and rich media. The Art of High Performance is a flagship creative programme - events built around enhancing and encouraging creativity and innovation in the workplace. The sessions are highly experiential. We even run an exercise where teams recreate a Masterpiece in under 45 minutes. (See below for a glimpse).
